PREMIUM (Medium Organizations, 50–249 employees) Designed for growing organizations with multiple supervisors or departments. Includes everything in Standard, plus enhanced policy customization, supervisor-level training, a 30-minute compliance consultation, advanced documentation tools, and digital assets to support implementation. ENTERPRISE (Large Organizations, 250+ employees or multi-site employers) Built for large or complex organizations. Includes everything in Premium, plus full policy development, unlimited webinar access for all employees, department-level implementation guidance, audit-readiness tools, and a 60-minute expert consultation to ensure your organization is fully compliant and protected. Certification renews annually to ensure ongoing compliance, updated state requirements, and continuous support.
