Employee Case Management Support provides confidential, trauma-informed guidance to employees navigating complex personal challenges that may impact their safety, well-being, or ability to work. With a compassionate, evidence-based approach, this service helps employees understand their options, access resources, and create a plan to remain safe and supported. Employers benefit from reduced risk, increased compliance, and a structured support process that aligns with workplace policies and legal obligations. This service includes: ✔️ Private 1:1 support session (45 minutes) ✔️ Safety planning for domestic violence, stalking, or personal crises ✔️ Guidance on workplace protections (VESSA, ADA, FMLA, etc.) ✔️ Support navigating documentation, accommodations, and leave options ✔️ Identification of community resources and referrals ✔️ Recommendations for HR/leadership on appropriate next steps (if authorized) What’s not included: ✔️ Legal advice ✔️ Mental health therapy ✔️ Ongoing case management beyond the scheduled session (additional sessions required) ✔️ Emergency or crisis intervention outside scheduled appointment times
